Manager /Assistant Manager - Human Resources
The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:
• Bachelors or higher
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Excellent Presentation skills and multi-tasking
• Understanding of the Chinese culture
. MS Office proficiency
The main responsibilities of the position will involve:
• Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
• ldentify and source potential candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and feedback
collection
Onboarding and lodging of new employees both Chinese and Pakistani
• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities
• Formulate and Compliance of company's HR policies
Managing the employee attendance record
Lead the Annual Medical Check-up activity of the employees
• Organizing the employee engagement activities in the company
• Other jobs which will be assigned by the Line Manager
